The Irish Design 2015 programme launch took place in Dublin Castle on 18 December 2014 with Minister Bruton and Minister Deenihan launching the year of Irish Design. The event was attended by the Irish design community and business sector, and as Programme Director for ID2015 I had the pleasure of setting out the ambitious plans for the year ahead.
At the launch we screened our promotional film for the first time. Created and produced for ID2015 by In the Company of Huskies, we’d like to thank Botany Weaving, Design Partners, Detail, Distillers Press, Makers & Brothers, the National College of Art and Design, Notion, and Scott Tallon Walker Architects for allowing us into their studios and workplaces to help in making this short film.
